Business Systems Automation

Operational Workflow Automation.

A business systems automation project focused on reducing repetitive manual work, connecting operational tools and making execution more consistent.

Project Context

Operational work often breaks down between systems: updates are copied manually, approvals live in messages, reporting is delayed and teams spend time checking status instead of moving work forward.

The Challenge

The goal was not automation for its own sake. The business needed workflows that reflected real operations: triggers, owners, exceptions, approvals and visibility.

Solution Architecture

The automation architecture translated business rules into workflows with clear triggers, decision points and escalation paths. The result was a system that supported teams rather than adding another layer of noise.

My Role

I analyzed the operational process, mapped workflow logic, designed the automation architecture, defined exception handling and supported implementation around connected business systems.
